The largest opportunity for growth is further expansion of wholesaling our product as well as exploration of new farmer’s markets in the area.

WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS: With currently three established wholesale accounts in place, we have already altered our business to accommodate the ability to produce and fulfill large wholesale orders at a moments notice. Equipment, product storage, and employee training resources have all been established to make fulfilling everyday orders easier. Making the product makes you money and it’s easier now than ever before!

FARMER’S MARKETS: With a large territory of influence there are many farmer’s markets to get involved with locally. We currently have an established and successful presence at the Downtown Rochester Farmer’s Market which runs from May through October. That success will only grow with Rochester announcing their plan for expanding their market with the announcement of the Market + The Graham Project. More information on that HERE

OWNER ROLE:

The foundation is in place for new ownership to take over in a seamless transition. New owners can really pick and choose how much and how they want to be involved. Although there is not a manager role currently, the groundwork has been laid for a manager to take over many roles within if a new owner decides to go that route.

Currently staff is all trained and efficient, there is a chance some staff members would leave with a change in ownership but the resources are here to get new employees trained quick and effectively. None of the employees here currently, including ownership, had any previous bakery experience. The processes we have in place makes it easy for ANYONE to succeed.

Current ownership is very involved in the day to day processes but over the last two years has become less and less hands on. The next owners will be able to create the schedule they believe works for them.
