NOTE: Hot bread comes out of the oven between 10:00 AM and 11:15 AM. Before 10:00 we only have fresh sweets out of the oven and Hot coffee brewed. Tuesday through Saturday we do, however, have carryover bread available before 10:00.

White bread made with olive oil and garlic. Topped with asiago cheese and an Italian herb blend.
SOurdough ( monday, Wednesdays and Fridays after 12:15 PM)
Our hard-crust sourdough made with white flour. A true sourdough made with starter and a pinch of yeast to kickstart the process.
BAKES AT 450 DEGREES, a much higher temperature than anything else in the bakery and therefore is ALWAYS baked last. Usually it’s out of the oven after 12:15 PM.
Multigrain Sourdough ( monday, Wednesdays and Fridays after 12:15 PM)
Slow Dough Sourdough made with a blend of White, Wheat, and Rye flour. A multigrain blend of Oats, Sunflower, Flax Seed, and Sesame Seeds added to give it a great rich flavor!
